After 7 kids I am ready to start a diet plan, lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Six months ago I had triplets and was going through very hard times with my pregnancy, the lost of one of them, and my husband's brain tumor and surgery. Got into a stage of overeating which resulted in weight gain. I am 33 years old and weight 205 lbs. I am always worrying and caring for everyone around me and have always put aside my health, but now I am so ready to finally do something for myself because I love my family and want to be in their lives longer and continue taking care of them. I know that with Yes You Can products I will be able to achieve my goal and be able to recommend it to people who struggle with overweight problems.
