Hi my name is Juan Diaz. Im from Guanajuato, Mexico. But I've always lived in Half Moon Bay, CA. Ive always been a big guy. My highest weight I've reached is 374 Pounds.And i knew i had to STOP this life and make a change. On Jan, 2017 i Stared the YES YOU CAN CHALLENGE. After a month i decided to quit, it was too hard. Now this past June, 2017 i made my decision to make a comeback and this time to finish it. Which i did. My weight was 374 pounds. Right now after 3 Months with YES YOU CAN i weight 323 pounds.ive lost 51 pounds with YES YOU CAN. It has changed my life.
