I want to lose 20 pounds in 90 days. I want to get fit so I could live a long fulfilled life. I want to be a role model to my daughters to live an active healthy life. Health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, cholesterol, hypothyroidism, and diabetes run in my family and I want to do everything I can avoid them. I want to look good, but most importantly feel good. I'm tired of hiding my body with layers of clothes and feeling uncomfortable in clothes that's too tight for me. I'm tired of outgrowing my clothes. I want to wake up and look forward to getting dressed in the morning instead of dreading it. I want to feel healthy and energetic instead of sluggish and tired all the time. I want to create a healthy eating habit for life. I no longer want to binge eat and then regret what I ate and feel drepressed about it. I want food to be nourishment and fuel for my body not to be my run to comfort when I'm bored. I want to gain the discipline to make good choices. I want to make exercising a part of my daily routine. I want t gain confidence in the first 90-day transformation, but I don't want to stop there. I want to continue losing weight until I reach my goal weight of 135 pounds.
